Alringo’s upcoming Community Microdosing Cohort with Patrick, kicking off Wednesday, July 8.
This 6-week container is designed specifically for Alringo graduates who wish to continue working with microdosing in a safe, supported, and intentional setting.
Through shared learning, structured practice, and community reflection, this cohort will help you cultivate awareness and adaptability in the weeks ahead. Personally, I’ve found that the time following microdosing often brings some of my most grounded and present states. I invite you to experience that spaciousness too.
Join us as we move into the heat of summer with steadiness, curiosity, and an open heart.
The Cohort meets every Wednesday at 4:30PM for six weeks.
