Who We Are

We founded Alringo for three kinds of seekers we kept meeting again and again:

  • Wellness Visionaries craving purposeful growth beyond retreats, self-help books & podcasts for lasting change.

  • SSRI Transitioners determined to learn the promising current & unproven landscape.

  • Elite Creators—executives & leaders —who need flexible, evidence-backed tools to keep pace with a volatile world.

Ranging from the high Andes in Peru, mountains of Colorado, or Costa Rica, we’ve studied with Indigenous healers, neuroscientists, trauma clinicians, & innumerable experts of their craft.

The through-line arrived early: heal ourselves first, so we can hold others with steadiness and skill. Every program we design blends rigorous safety protocols, State-licensed facilitation, and heart-centered experience—so you can learn psychedelic medicine with clarity, courage, and community.

Our mission

Shepherd the development of psychedelic literacy across all who are curious & committed. With experience-based foundations, we guide people through the psychedelic landscape safely & productively.

We demonstrate the enriching way positive mindset shapes life experience, not only for oneself, but the community an individual resides.

Our vision

Safe & legal use of psychedelics woven into the fabric of modern society for the benefit of humanity.

  • A stroke at 29 rewired Jake’s life—and his purpose. Leaving a successful tech career, he immersed in neuro-rehabilitation science and completed a two-year SoundMind Institute certification, plus field experience in the Sacred Valley and the Costa Rican rainforest.

    • Founder, Psychedelic Stroke Institute — pioneering data on microdosing for stroke recovery.

    • 500+ individual supported — from first-time psychonauts to medical professionals.

    • Storyteller & educator — featured on Denver 7, guiding the public to rethink what healing can look like.

Jake is the steady compass in every Alringo container—equal parts precision and compassionate presence, always pointed in the direction of presence—so participants feel both safe enough to open and supported enough to stretch.

  • Fifteen years producing large-scale events taught Patrick how to choreograph energy; a decade coaching fitness taught him how to anchor it in the body. Now, with the same two-year SoundMind Institute training, immersive Indigenous ceremonial practices and pending Colorado facilitator license, he turns ceremonies into living classrooms:

    • Somatic guide — weaving breathwork, adaptive yoga, and rhythm to translate insight into action.

    • Community builder — curating integration circles that turn breakthroughs into lifelong habits.

    • Logistics savant — ensuring every detail, from playlist flow to personal readiness, is handled so you can focus inward.

Patrick brings warmth, humor, and unwavering encouragement—the friend who reminds you that spirit is always calling and the wisdom you’re seeking is already inside you.

Core Values

  • In the same way that mushrooms form an unseen, underground network that lets forests share nutrients, trust is the invisible architecture of Alringo. We safeguard confidentiality, champion evidence, and honor each learner’s pace so that curiosity can unfurl without fear. When data, intuition, and lived experience braid together in mutual respect, transformation roots itself deep and lasts.

  • Progress begins the moment comfort ends. We cultivate courageous inquiry—whether that means questioning long-held assumptions, or opening to a new facet of self. Courage for us is the steady willingness to meet uncertainty with rigor, humility, and heart. It propels our mission to expand access to safe, science-aligned psychedelic education.

  • By framing challenges as invitations and setbacks as feedback, we keep our “neural-soil” fertile for growth. Positivity here is disciplined optimism: clear-eyed about risks & relentless about possibilities.

  • In a realm often painted as “too good to be true” or “snake oil”, grounding is our commitment to tangible practice and regulatory care. From well-researched protocols to somatic integration tools, we anchor every insight in the body, in community, and within the law. Grounding ensures that lofty breakthroughs translate into daily habits, resilient nervous systems, and real-world impact.

What People Are Saying…

“I started working with Jake at Alringo as I left a corporate job very much burned out and no longer in touch with myself. Jake’s support and programming was exactly what I needed to enter a new career and life phase with alignment towards the things that energize me and the clarity and energy to pursue them.”

- Tony

I am really grateful to have found Alringo after months of struggling with side effects associated with tapering off an SSRI. Through 1:1 sessions, Jake provided a tailored microdosing plan along with a wealth of information & resources to support my transition off medication. Every session with Jake and Patrick has been met with incredible compassion, warmth, and an in-depth knowledge that has given me the confidence to begin my microdosing journey. 10/10 I can’t recommend them enough.”

- Jenn

“Patrick’s enthusiasm for living a mindful and intentional life is contagious. He meets you with joyful curiosity and a generous assumption of your best self - something that naturally makes you stand a little taller and rise to the occasion, present and engaged. He is both a catalyst for deeper self-awareness and actualization, and a container - holding space for you along the way with genuine generosity of spirit and a whole lot of love.”

- Kelly

“I can’t speak highly enough of Patrick and Jake as facilitators and guides, whose thoughtful attention to detail and loving demeanor created an open, inviting setting that put me at ease from the start. Their education and guidance during the preparation sessions were instrumental, grounding me in a way that made my journey with the medicine a positive experience, even as a first-timer in this setting.

They brought curiosity without judgment, fostering a trust that helped me welcome feelings of sorrow and grief with acceptance and compassion, guiding me through an expanded acceptance of myself and my shadow. The slow, deliberate approach they encouraged surpassed my expectations, teaching me to value nuance over bold moments, and their presence made the entire process (from prep to integration sessions after the main journey) feel deeply meaningful. I’m grateful for their kindness and look forward to another session when the right time arrives for me. Thank you Jake & Patrick”
