Patrick & Steph bring a combined depth of experience in movement, breathwork, meditation, and facilitation.

Patrick brings over a decade of experience in movement coaching, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system–informed practices, with a background in guiding individuals and groups through intention setting, visualization, and reflective work rooted in both modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom traditions.

Steph is a seasoned yoga practitioner known for her grounded, accessible, education-based approach to movement and her ability to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and connected to their bodies.

The workshop is intentionally structured to support the nervous system. When the body feels safe and regulated, the mind becomes more receptive, creative, and clear. Through gentle, grounding movement and guided breathwork, we’ll shift out of fight-or-flight patterns and into a state of presence where visualization and intention setting can land more effectively. From this regulated state, practices like meditation and visualization become less about “trying” and more about listening, sensing, and allowing clarity to arise.

From there, we’ll explore intention setting not as a rigid goal-making exercise, but as an embodied process. Intentions are most powerful when they are felt in the body and aligned with our values, energy, and lived experience. Journaling prompts, group discussion and intentional visualization will help participants zoom out, reflect on longer arcs of growth, and connect present-day choices to the future they are gently shaping.

This workshop is designed for anyone seeking a thoughtful, grounded way to begin the year—whether you’re looking for clarity, alignment, renewed energy, or simply space to pause and reflect. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or journaling is required.

You’ll leave feeling more rooted in your body, clearer in your direction,

and connected to an intention that can guide you through 2026 with steadiness & grace.
